📅 How to Schedule a Meeting in Outlook

Open Outlook and switch to the Calendar view.

Under All Group Calendars, click on
VZTeamCal

For easier scheduling, switch to Day view in the calendar.

You have two ways to begin:

Click "New Meeting" in the top toolbar, or

Double-click on an available time slot.

Fill out the meeting details:

Title: Add a subject.

Date & Time: Set your start and end times.

Recurrence (optional): Click "Make Recurring" to set up repeating meetings.

)
Use this process when a meeting from your personal calendar doesn’t drag over successfully.

Open Outlook and go to the Calendar view.

On your personal calendar, select the meeting you'd like to copy.
(Tip: Don’t open the meeting — just left-click to highlight it.) -
Press Ctrl + C to copy it.

Under All Group Calendars, hover over
VZTeamCal
, then right-click and choose Open in New Window. -
In the new window:

Go to View > Change View > List to switch to List View.

Press Ctrl + V to paste the copied meeting into the shared calendar.

To verify:

Switch the view back to Calendar via View > Change View > Calendar.

Navigate to the event’s date to ensure it was added correctly.
