Registering a Student for an Event through the Control Panel

As an admin, you can manually register a student for an orientation session or any other event through the Control Panel. Follow these steps to complete the registration process:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Log into the Control Panel Begin by navigating to the Control Panel of the system.

  2. Go to the Reservations Tab Once in the Control Panel, locate and select the Reservations tab. This is where you can manage event registrations for students.

  3. Find the Student to Register Use the search feature to locate the student you want to register for the event. You can search by the student’s name, ID, or other identifying information.

  4. Select the Event for Registration After selecting the student, scroll down to the list of available events. Find the specific event (e.g., orientation session) that the student needs to be registered for.

  5. Register the Student for the Event Click on the event to register the student. After making your selection, click Save to confirm the registration.

  6. Complete and Submit the Reservation After saving, scroll down once more. A new link should appear under the selected event. Click this link to complete and submit the student's reservation.


After completing these steps, the student will be successfully registered for the event. This process ensures that you have manually added the student to the orientation session without having to go through the reservation checklist items.
