Overview
To improve visibility and transparency for students, reservation balances now display directly on the task list, in addition to the reservation itself.
Students can easily see if they have a balance due or credit on their account and take action—without needing to navigate away from their task list.

If a student has a balance due or a credit, the amount will appear directly on their task list.

If the balance is $0.00, nothing will display to the student to avoid unnecessary clutter.

This update provides a more streamlined experience, especially when payment is part of the student’s next steps.
Admin View
When using Sign In Reservation (Administrator), the balance message will display regardless of whether the reservation has a balance. This mirrors the behavior already in place on the reservation record.
