Visualzen Accessibility Statement

Visualzen is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and comply with applicable accessibility laws and standards, including EN 301 549 (EU ICT Accessibility Standard), Section 508, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) where applicable.

Our Commitment

We are continuously improving the accessibility of our digital properties to enhance usability for all users. Our approach includes:

  • Regular accessibility audits and testing based on the Trusted Tester Web Certification Program, ANDI, and Wave Tool methodologies.

  • Using Bootstrap's built-in accessibility features to enhance user experience and compliance (Bootstrap Accessibility Guide).

  • Training for content creators and developers on accessibility best practices.

  • Addressing accessibility issues as they arise.

  • Future enhancements planned for VZO v5.6, scheduled for release on 09/01/2025, including additional accessibility testing and refinements.

Known Limitations

  • Some third-party integrations may not yet be fully accessible.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content they create and publish through Visualzen’s content management system meets accessibility standards.

  • Modern web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari
