IMPORTANT NOTICE: Upcoming Critical System Migration and Impact

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming critical update to the hosting services we provide to your institution. As part of strategic improvements, our hosting provider, Ntirety, will be relocating from their current Dallas Data Center to a new, technologically advanced facility in Newark, DE. This requires a scheduled migration of our systems.

What This Means for You:  
To ensure a smooth transition and maintain continuous service, our systems will be temporarily unavailable during the migration process. We have worked closely with Ntirety to minimize any potential disruption.

Key Changes and Impact: 
The migration will involve changes to our server IP addresses. This will require updates on your end to:
– Firewall rules
– sFTP connections
– Mail forwarding settings
– Any other procedures using current IP addresses

Important: Please alert your IT department to these changes and ensure they implement the necessary updates. We require confirmation from your IT team that these updates have been completed before the migration date.

Current and New IP Addresses:
– 209.216.23.114 → 209.41.182.149
– 209.216.23.115 → 209.41.182.150
– 209.216.23.119 → 209.41.182.151
– 209.216.23.118 → 209.41.182.152
NOTE: For those involved in updating the IP addresses, please retain the current IP addresses until the new IP addresses have been verified to function correctly. VisualZen will send a confirmation email once the switch-over has been successfully completed.

Date: Sunday, June 23, 2024  
Time: 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM EST  
Impact: Our services will be temporarily unavailable during this period.
