Use of Services
VisualZen provides the VZO platform to client institutions. Use of the platform must comply with applicable laws, institutional policies, and these Terms.

User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Use the platform only for authorized and intended purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or compromise system security or availability

Account Access
Access to the platform is provisioned and managed by client institutions. VisualZen reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property
All software, systems, and materials provided by VisualZen are owned by VisualZen or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Service Availability
VisualZen strives to maintain reliable system availability. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VisualZen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Termination
VisualZen reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
