VisualZen is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and legal compliance. Employees, contractors, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders are encouraged to report concerns involving suspected misconduct without fear of retaliation.

What Can Be Reported?

Examples include:

• Fraud or financial misconduct
• Information security concerns
• Violations of company policies
• Harassment or discrimination
• Privacy or data protection concerns
• Regulatory or legal compliance issues
• Conflicts of interest
• Other unethical or illegal conduct

Anonymous Reporting

Reports may be submitted anonymously. Individuals are not required to provide their name or contact information.

VisualZen prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.

Investigation Process

Each report is reviewed by executive leadership.

Reports are handled confidentially and investigated based on the information provided. If contact information is voluntarily supplied, VisualZen may follow up for additional details.

VisualZen will make reasonable efforts to protect the confidentiality of all reports while conducting an appropriate investigation.
