We learn orientation by working inside it.
We started by helping institutions manage orientation reservations.
Over two decades, we learned that orientation was not simply a program or an event. It was a process. It depended on leadership buy-in, campus partners, advisors, supporters, student leaders, institutional systems, and people across campus working together.
We learned that orientation professionals were not simply running programs. They were coordinating an institutional process, bringing people and systems together, and advocating for why that work mattered.
As the work became broader, another question emerged: not simply whether participants completed something, but what their behavior throughout the journey might help professionals understand. That learning eventually shaped our work around Onboarding Intelligence.
