TX-RAMP Level 2
VisualZen is TX-RAMP Level 2 certified, meeting the security and regulatory requirements established by the Texas Risk and Authorization Management Program (TX-RAMP) for cloud solutions used by Texas state agencies and higher education institutions.
PCI DSS
VisualZen maintains PCI DSS compliance to support the secure handling of payment-related processes within the appropriate scope of our platform and operations.
Higher Education Security Review
HECVAT
VisualZen participates in the Higher Education Community Vendor Assessment Toolkit (HECVAT) process, providing institutions with information about our security, privacy, technology, and risk practices.
HECVAT helps higher education institutions evaluate technology providers using a framework developed specifically for the higher education community.

VisualZen is committed to supporting accessible experiences for the institutions and people we serve.
Our Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) provides information institutions can use to evaluate the accessibility of our platform in relation to applicable Section 508 and WCAG criteria.
